- From the Media Gallery, click on the options button “…” for the media you want to download.
- Clicking the options button will bring up a new set of options on the bottom left corner of the item. Select “Edit” represented by a pencil icon.
- From the Edit screen, click on the “Downloads” tab. Check the box next to “Source File” and Save.
- Once saved, select “Go to Media”. Click on the “Download” tab.
- Click on the download icon to the right of the file size to download your Media.
