Box is an online file sharing and content management service.
1) Type “box.miami.edu” in the URL Box of your browser window.
2) Create a new Folder
A. Click on the “+ New” button from your Blackboard.
B. Select the ‘Folder” to create a bank folder in the system.
3) Create the New Folder
A. Enter the name of your Folder
B. Click “Okay” to finish creating the folder.
4) Invite Collaborators
A. Click on the “more options” button (rectangle with 3 dots) of the folder you would like to invite your students in.
B. Hover your Cursor over “Sharing”.
C. Click on “Invite Collaborators”.
5) Send the Invitiations
A. Type the email addresses of the users you would would like for them to have access to.
B. Change the Invited Permission to “Uploader”
C. Click Send Invite.
