- This tutorial is intended to show instructors how to create a course link to a collaborate ultra session.

STEP 1: Click on “Course Tools” in the left side course menu.
STEP 2: In the expanded menu click on “Blackboard Collaborate Ultra”.
STEP 3: Click on the right side chevron in the session menu.
STEP 4: Click on “Edit Settings”.
STEP 5: Be sure Guest Access is “Checked” to set the guest role as Moderator, Presenter, or Participant as needed. Then see the guest link at the bottom of the image.
STEP 6: Click the copy icon next to the link to copy the link.
STEP 7: Choose the content area of your choice to place the link to the session. For this example we chose “Course Documents”.
STEP 8: Choose “Build Content” in the top navigation menu your content area, then Select “Web Link” in the drop down menu
STEP 9: Enter the name for the web link, then “Paste” the guest link into the URL section.
STEP 10: Add availability dates if needed.
STEP 11: Click “Submit” to complete.
STEP 11: The “Web Link” will now appear in the content area.
