Instructors in Blackboard have the ability to set their course’s duration, which defines the time that students may interact with a course. One of the options is to set the “Days from the Date of enrollment” which places a time limit on courses calculated from a date a student enrolls. If you set the Course’s Duration to be based on “Days from the Date of Enrollment” you will not have any problems. However, you will be unable to access your course site if the “Days from the Date of Enrollment” is set to 0 or -1.
Please contact the Blackboard Help Desk if you are experiencing this issue when trying to access your course site. A Blackboard Administrator will have to manually change the course duration in your course site.
