Many students and faculty have reported problems logging in to Blackboard when using Internet Explorer (IE). Some of the symptoms are as follow:
- After entering the username and password, users are stuck in a loop sending them back to the main login screen.
- After logging in successfully an error message appears on the top of the page.
The fastest and easiest solution the problem is to use Firefox or Chrome as the problem as not being duplicated with these browsers.
