Go to this link in your web browser:
Go to email.miami.edu and click on the settings “gear” icon in the top right or the page.
Then, type “Blocked” into the search field. Select the option for “Blocked Senders and Domains”.
In the “Blocked Senders and Domains” area, check for the email address below:
On the far right side of the row, click on the trash can icon to delete the address from “Blocked Senders and Domains”
Click the orange “Save” button at the top of the page to save the changes.
Emails from Blackboard have now been unblocked in your Office365 email. You WILL NOT receive old emails retroactively. You will now receive emails from Blackboard going forward in time.
