  • The Term for the course (e.g. Fall 2022)
  • Your C#
  • A description of the problem (the current behavior)
  • A description of the action you need to accomplish (the expected behavior)
  • The web browser you were using to access Blackboard

Additional Blackboard Help

In addition to our help desk and website, further just-in-time resources are available to students, faculty and staff when they login to Blackboard Learn Ultra.

  • Support Center: Access the support center directly in Blackboard, by clicking the question mark (?) button at right side when you login. Search for articles while interacting with your courses.
  • Institutional Page: The homepage provides quick links to UM resources, including our help videos on our YouTube channel.

Service Status and Incidents

View the latest information on outages, and resolutions for our supported platforms. Faculty, staff and students are notified in Blackboard where necessary, as some outages may not affect us.

Access alerts for all other UMIT supported systems.
