Review Your Migrated Courses

Review your migrated Blackboard courses in Canvas to identify areas needing attention.

Tip - Access 'Courses' then 'All Courses' and click 'Term' to sort courses by Migrated 2024, Migrated 2025, and Migrated 2026.

Import Your Content

If you prefer not to start from scratch, import course materials into Fall 2026 course shell instead.

Tip - Type 'migrated-edit' to filter courses ready to migrate. Courses without ‘migrated-edit’ are empty or previously taught courses.

24/7 Canvas Support

Faculty and students have access to 24/7 Canvas support directly through Canvas, provided by Instructure. This support is ideal for immediate, tool-specific questions and troubleshooting outside of regular business hours. Access support from within Canvas by selecting Help in the global navigation menu.

  • Canvas Support includes:
    • Access the Training Services Portal: Access Canvas training videos and courses. 
    • Search the Canvas Guides: Find answers to common questions.
    • Live Chat with Canvas Support: Chat live with a Canvas agent now for real-time support. 
    • Call Canvas Support: Directly call Canvas Support.
    • Request Help from Canvas Support: Submit a question, or report a problem to Canvas Support.
