We provide support and guidance on Canvas - the University of Miami's new learning management system from Fall 2026. Canvas is a modern, accessible, and intuitive learning management system supports online course content, communication, and assessment at the University of Miami.

Blackboard

We currently support, and maintain Blackboard, including both the Original and Ultra course view experiences, until May 2027. Blackboard (courses.miami.edu) is the legacy course management system used by University of Miami faculty, staff, teaching assistants, and students.
