Reason 1: Incorrect browser settings
Start by clearing your internet cache in your browser then restart your web browser. We recommend using either Google Chrome or Firefox to access Blackboard. Internet Explorer is not recommended for use with Blackboard.
PC/WINDOWS:- Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Continue to hold the buttons down once you have pressed them.)
- Release the buttons then the "Clear All History" page will open.
- Set: "Time Range to clear = Everything"
- Be sure only "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected, Everything else can be deselected.
- Click the "Clear Now" button
- Once the process has completed, Please close Firefox completely
- Restart the program and attempt to log into Blackboard.
